This needle is used for embroidery with zari thread and silk threads. They come in four styles.

First one is for one thread work where the size of the thread should be 1mm or less. Use this needle when you want to do precise work like outlining the design with Zari or Resham (Silk) Thread. This needle is a good place to start for beginners who want to learn how to do thread embroidery.

The second one is for two thread work where the size of the thread should be 1mm or less for embroidery work. You can use it for thick outlining or for filling the design.

The third one is used when you want to do three to five thread work where the size of the thread should be 1mm or less. You can also use this needle with bigger size of threads. It is used for filling the design in a much faster way.

The fourth one is used with threads as well as large beads of sizes like 6/0. With this needle, you can do 2 to 3 thread work very easily. It has a wooden handle which makes it easy to have a good grip while working. You can try this if you are a beginner.
