How to use Hot Fix Applicator Tool

Method 1

Step 1: Take the hotfix gun and screw the appropriate size tip in the gun. Size of the tip is decided as per the size of the crystal.

Step 2: Plug the applicator tool into the socket and switch it on.

Step 3: Make sure that you also switch on the integrated switch which is on the applicator wand.

Step 4: Leave the wand for 2 minutes to heat up.

Step 5: Spread the hotfix crystals on a surface facing up.

Step 6: Now, place the tip of the applicator wand on the crystal or rhinestone and pick it up.

Step 7: When the glue at the back of the crystal changes color and become shiny, place the applicator wand wherever you want to attach the crystal or rhinestone. Immediately move the wand away. The crystal or rhinestone will come out from the wand and stick to the surface.

Step 8: Now, with the help of the back of tweezers, gently press the crystal or rhinestone down so that it sticks properly to the surface.

Method 2

Step 1: Take the hotfix gun and screw the appropriate size tip in the gun. Size of the tip is decided as per the size of the crystal.

Step 2: Plug the applicator tool into the socket and switch it on.

Step 3: Make sure that you also switch on the integrated switch which is on the applicator wand.

Step 4: Leave the wand for 2 minutes to heat up.

Step 5: With the help of tweezers place the crystal on the design.

Step 6: Place the wand on the crystal and gently press it for 10 to 15 seconds.

Step 7: The crystal or rhinestone will stick to the surface.
