If courier guy try to deliver you damaged parcel, you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Centre with security tape that is visible and intact. If you refuse your parcel, please let us know via email at care@embroiderymaterial.com.
Please share the pictures of the same at care@embroiderymaterial.com and we will courier another product to you asap. Or we will refund the amount of the same with courier charges.
