This Lady's Fusion of Sculpting and Embroidery will Blow Your Mind

There is no limit for a creative mind and our lovely customer “Khana Khan” proves it right. She is a painter, jewelry designer, sculptor and last but not the least, an embroiderer. Her fusion of embroidery and sculpting is majorly the centre of attraction. And here are some pictures of it.

From all, we can say that she a great artist and here are some insights of her journey in her own words “I’ve always been a painter working towards becoming a portrait artist but since discovering embroidery, painting has taken a back seat and I have fallen in love with this medium. Embroidery is an art I have always admired and over the years I have started various projects, including embellishing my own clothes and making accessories to wear. I like the fact I can take ordinary clothes and make them unique.

I’m from an Anglo Indian background so I have Asian as well as British influences which I incorporate into my artwork. I am also heavily influenced by religious art mostly Catholic.

About a year ago I discovered the most amazing online store embroiderymaterial.com and now I have branched out into gold work. I’ve started a new project that includes my love for fashion accessories, gold work, and embroidery also combining my desire to one day create accessories for one of my favorite band, Behemoth.

For my most recent project, I drew inspiration from one of the greatest fashion designers, Alexander McQueen. I have designed a headpiece to place on a skull sculpture I have created, which I am in the process of completing. I haven’t made the design too complicated but I have tried to show an example of each craft I love. I am really enjoying this project and I can’t wait to start the next one. I hope to include even more gold work in my next project and I will be using all the fantastic supplies I have purchased from embroiderymaterial.com

Customers like her inspire us to keep moving. She was also the winner of one of our giveaway contest held in January 2019 and we are really glad that she won because the way she has used our material in her creations is truly phenomenal.
