Im not familiar with bullion wire. Im learning to use it, and so this is a great starter set. A nice amount to practice with and lovely colours.
I believe this one has been mixed up with snapdragon! This is just a yellow with pearl finish. The snapfdagon i received has the orange tint like this photo. For the price, this shop is great.

The needles themselves are good quality, sharp and without any snags. There is some wayward glue on the wood that needs to be scraped/sanded off, though, which stops it from being excellent quality.
